We do not offer an unconditional voluntary refund solely because a customer changes their mind.

Customers retain all mandatory cancellation, refund and other consumer rights available under applicable law.
Where legally required, we will obtain the customer's express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment of any resulting loss of statutory cancellation rights before beginning supply.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts statutory rights or remedies for digital products that are defective, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.

Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use that product for your own personal educational purposes.

Resell or commercially redistribute our digital products.
Upload complete paid products to public file-sharing platforms.
Reproduce or republish substantial portions for commercial purposes.
Present our original materials as your own work.

These restrictions do not override uses permitted under applicable law.
9. Accuracy and Educational Limitations
We aim to provide useful, clearly explained and responsibly prepared financial education.
However, financial information, lending conditions, laws, interest rates and individual circumstances may change.
We do not guarantee that every example, projection or strategy will be suitable for every reader.
Customers should exercise independent judgement and obtain appropriate professional guidance when necessary.
10. Calculators and Financial Projections
Our Debt Payoff Calculator and other planning resources are educational tools.
Their results may depend on user-entered information, assumptions, formulas and simplified financial models.
Actual repayment dates, interest charges, and financial outcomes may differ from projected results.
Users should verify important figures with their lenders or financial institutions before making significant financial decisions.
11. No Guaranteed Financial Results
The Millennial Debt Escape Plan does not guarantee debt elimination within any particular period, improvement in credit scores, increased income, reduced interest costs, or any other specific outcome.
Results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
References to financial progress, debt freedom or repayment timelines should not be interpreted as guarantees.

We may provide free educational resources, including the Debt Escape Starter Kit.
